Collected chopsticks from our partners are meticulously sorted, cleaned, and sterilized to prepare them for their transformation.
Material Processing
The clean chopsticks are coated in a water-based resin, hot-pressed, and cured into dense, durable blocks of "Chopstick Wood".
Wood Plank Creation
These blocks are then precisely cut and finished into beautiful, versatile wood planks, ready for creative applications.
Ready for Design
The final product is shipped to designers, architects, and businesses to be used in stunning, sustainable projects.
